Taxation

5% VAT is charged on all products (coffee, tea, chocolate), except on hardware equipment which is 19% (also included).​

Availability of Products

Product availability is daily checked. In the event of stock unavailable, the system will not let you to proceed to the checkout.

 

In case that a product becomes unavailable, at the time of checkout, we will notify you by sending an electronic message. Then, you can either replace it with an alternative product of equal price and quality or either credit your account for future purchases or reimburse the money.
